This guide covers how to create a CRM Opportunity directly from a Service Ticket in Terial, allowing you to track potential upsells and new business that originates from field work.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Navigate to Service β†’ Tickets, then select the ticket you want to create an opportunity from.

Step 2: Hover over the three dots on the top right corner and select Create Opportunity.

Step 3: Click Create Opportunity and fill out the opportunity card as you normally would and click Save.

The ticket is now linked to the opportunity, and you can reference it anytime by scrolling down and clicking the "Tickets" tab.

Note: Users can only link tickets in modules they have permission to access.
