This guide covers how to connect your email account to the CRM in Terial, enabling you to send, receive, and view email history directly within an opportunity.

Connecting Your Email Account
Step 1: In an opportunity, go to the Emails tab and click Connect Email Account.
Step 2: Follow the prompts and accept the requested permissions.
Step 3: Once connected, you will be returned to where you started and can use the email sending form.
Sending and Viewing Emails
Step 4: Send an email, or add contacts to the opportunity to start seeing emails in the history.
Replies: You can reply to an email by clicking the triple dot menu on the right side of any email in the history.
