This guide covers how to create an Inspection Ticket directly from a CRM opportunity in Terial, schedule it on the calendar, and notify your team. This workflow connects your sales pipeline to field operations by turning opportunities into scheduled inspection visits.

To create a Quoted Service Ticket, click "Create Service Ticket" within the customer database or directly within a Company, Property or Contact page. Follow the below steps:
Creating an Inspection Ticket from an Opportunity
Step 1: Navigate to the Opportunity page. Click on the opportunity card for which you'd like to schedule an Inspection Ticket.
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom and click New Ticket under the Tickets tab.
Step 3: Select Inspection from the dropdown. Fill in the remaining fields and any notes for the ticket (e.g., Crew Notes, Contact, Photos, Documents, etc.). Click Save.
Scheduling the Inspection
Step 4: Click Schedule Inspection.
Step 5: Create the calendar appointment and confirm the team. Save and notify attendees via email.
