Linking Tickets to Projects and Opportunities

How to link service tickets to existing projects and CRM opportunities in Terial for better tracking.

This guide covers how to link and unlink Service Tickets to Projects and Opportunities in Terial, allowing you to track related work across modules for better visibility and reporting.

Linking a Ticket to a Project

Step 1: Navigate to Service → Tickets and select a ticket you want to link.

Step 2: Hover over the three dots on the top right corner and select Link Ticket.

Step 3: Click Link Ticket and select Project. Then choose the project you want to link the ticket to and click Save.

Step 4: To verify the ticket was linked, navigate to the project and check the Tickets tab.

To unlink a ticket: Click the three dots on the top right → Link Ticket → Click X next to the project name and click Save.

Linking a Ticket to an Opportunity

Step 1: Navigate to Service → Tickets and select a ticket you want to link.

Step 2: Hover over the three dots on the top right corner and select Link Ticket.

Step 3: Click Link Ticket and select Opportunity. Then choose the pipeline and the opportunity you want to link the ticket to, and click Save.

Step 4: To verify the ticket was linked, go to the opportunity and navigate to the Tickets tab.

To unlink a ticket: Click the three dots on the top right → Link Ticket → Click X next to the opportunity name and click Save.

💡 Note: Users can only link tickets in modules they have permission to access.
