This guide covers how to create general calendar events in Terial that are not tied to a specific service ticket. Use these for meetings, reminders, company events, or any scheduling needs outside of service work.

With Terial, it's easy to block time on the calendar for non-job-related events like trainings, office outings, appointments, and more.

Step 1: Access the calendar by selecting the Service module and clicking into the Calendar.

Step 2: Sort the calendar by your preferred view by toggling between Month, Week, or Day depending on how you'd like to plan.

Step 3: Double click or click and drag on the calendar slot to generate a General Event

Note: You can schedule an event in the Day, Week or Month View

Step 4: Name your General Event, Add the Start and End Times and Assign Users. Hit Update

Step 5: Be sure to select Save before determining if you want to send an email notification
