What are Rotting Days

Rotting days improve pipeline visibility by surfacing opportunities that have been inactive longer than the configured timeframe.

Step-by-step tutorial for Setting up Rotting Days

Step 1: Navigate to Admin β†’ CRM and select a pipeline you would like to edit and add the rotting days value.

Step 2: Once configured, the opportunity card will appear in red, displaying the number of days it has been in the pipeline.

πŸ’‘ Note: Any edits to the opportunity will reset the rotting days. However, activity on the attached ticket alone or email correspondence will not affect the rotting days.
