Filling Out Time Cards

Step 1: Click "Start" at the Time and Materials Used card.

Step 2: Click "+ Time Card".

Step 3: Fill out information for every day worked and add multiple time cards per day if the crew worked different hours.

Important Each time card should include the # of hours worked each day - NOT the total number of man hours. For example, if I worked a job with 1 other tech and we worked an 8 hour day, I would enter 8 hours and 2 crew. Do NOT enter 16 hours and 2 crew since that will imply that you worked 32 man hours in one day.

Materials Used

Step 4: Move on to Materials Used and click "+ Add Material Used". To come back and fill this out later, select "Save" at the bottom of the page.
