This guide covers how to manage your sales pipeline in Terial's CRM, including creating opportunities, moving them through pipeline stages, and handling Closed Won and Closed Lost outcomes.

The Opportunity page in Terial is your central hub for managing deals in progress. It provides a clear view of each opportunity's stage, value, associated contacts, and next steps β helping teams stay aligned and drive deals forward. Keeping this page up to date ensures accurate forecasting, streamlined collaboration, and a smoother path to close.
On the Opportunity Page
The Opportunities page allows you to do the following:
Filter between pipelines
Set your pipeline viewing preferences
Filter by account rep
Sort by open or closed tickets
Sort by lead source
Sort by bid due date
Create a new opportunity
Creating a New Opportunity
Step 1: From the Opportunities tab, select either the '+' icon next to a pipeline stage name or click New Opportunity.
Step 2: Enter the Opportunity Name, select the Pipeline, Stage, and Status, assign the Account Rep, and fill in any additional relevant information. Click "Save" to continue.
Step 3: When you click into the opportunity, you can edit the summary on the left side. On the right side of the page, you can add notes, connect your email, upload documents and photos, and view a summary of the opportunity activity.
Towards the bottom of the page, you can add tasks, manage your contacts, upload photos and documents, and create tickets related to the property.
Step 4: Move the opportunity between pipeline stages by dragging and dropping it. Drag it to mark as Closed Won or Closed Lost.
Step 5: For Closed Won, create a project or service ticket.
For Closed Lost, enter the reason for the loss.
Configuring the Opportunities Page
As an admin user you can create custom Pipelines, Lead Sources, and Lost Reasons by going to the Admin Panel under the CRM tab.
