How do I assign a ticket to someone?

How to reassign a service ticket to a different user in Terial.

Open the desired ticket and navigate to the top right of the page right above the progress bar. Click the 3 dots and select "Edit." You can re-assign the ticket using the dropdown within the "Assigned To" section. Click Save.

The new assignee will see a notification on their home page within the "Tickets" section.
