Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: In the Tickets tab under the Service module, select "Under Review" to locate the ticket that's ready for your final review.
Step 2: After reviewing the details inputted by your field team, click Report Builder. Review the Maintenance Template, add Recommendations, and select Save.
Step 3: Click "Download PDF" to generate a report to share with the customer.
Step 4: Review Pricing by clicking the card and adjust any Labor, Materials, or Price to Customer.
Step 5: Select Create Invoice for Total to generate the invoice.
Step 6: Review invoice details, adjust as necessary and click Save.
Step 7: Download the Invoice PDF to send to the customer.
Step 8: Mark the invoice as Paid once payment is received to close the ticket.
