This guide covers how to generate a professional Sales Proposal directly from the Report Builder Card within an Inspection Ticket in Terial. Before generating the report, ensure all relevant inspection details are properly filled out.

Step 1: Ensure Inspection Details Are Complete
Best practice is to ensure the following items are accurately documented in the Inspection Ticket:
Property Overview Photo is uploaded
Estimated Repair Costs are included
Description/Proposed Fix has been updated
Priority is set
Photos have been captioned and rotated to display horizontally
Step 2: Customize the Report in the Report Builder
In the Report Builder Card, click Start. From there, you can:
Update the Inspection Title
Add a Report Sub Header
Edit the Inspection Intro Text
Select a Recommendation from the dropdown
Hit Save
Step 3: Download the Report
Click Download Report, then toggle on "Include signature block" to add a sign-off section to your PDF.
Notice the changes updated in the PDF report:
Pro Tip: You can update your Inspection Intro, Recommendations, and Terms & Conditions in the Admin Panel under the Reports Tab.
