This guide covers how to create itemized invoices in Terial, breaking out individual line items for labor, materials, and other charges so customers see a detailed cost breakdown.

Before you begin: If you need to adjust your Labor Types, do so in the Admin Panel first.
Step 1: In the Pricing section of a Service Ticket, edit existing Labor or Material line items or add new ones by selecting "+ Role" or "+ Material", then click Save.
Recommendation: Add Labor and Materials in the Time and Materials card for better tracking.
Step 2: Select "Create Invoice by Item" to view the labor and material breakdown. Toggle on "Itemize Materials" and click Create Invoice.
Step 3: Review and adjust the invoice as needed, then select Save to download the Invoice PDF with the itemized breakdown.
