This guide covers how to add and manage Preventative Maintenance details on a Property in Terial, including setting up maintenance costs, dates, calendars, and viewing PM-enabled properties.

Preventative Maintenance Overview:

Adding Preventative Maintenance details to a property ensures your Service Manager is notified ahead of scheduled work and enables you to easily generate Service Tickets with all relevant information for efficient scheduling and execution.

Step 1: Click “Edit” on the Property page and enter the Maintenance details.

Step 2: Add the Maintenance cost, start/end date, and select a Maintenance Calendar. Any notes added will populated to the Billing Notes field when creating a Service Ticket.

Note: View properties with Preventative Maintenance by toggling “Preventative Maintenance” in the Property tab or spotting the green dot next to the property name.
