Managing Warranties

How to create, view, and manage warranties for properties in Terial.

This guide covers how to create, view, and manage Warranties in Terial, including associating warranties with properties and viewing warranty indicators across the platform.

Step 1: To create a Warranty, go to Production —> Warranty, select “+ New Warranty

Step 2: Populate the relevant fields and include any notes or documents that you’d like to add to the warranty page. Select Save.

Step 3: You can view which properties have warranties by going to the Property tab and toggling on “Active Warranties Attached” or viewing the blue dot next to the property page.

Additional Notes:

You can view and add warranties directly from the properties page by selecting the Warranties tab

Properties with warranties attached will display a visual indicator in a Service Ticket, making it easy to identify them at a glance.

Admins can view any warranty associated to the manufacturer in the admin settings
