Navigating a Property Page

When editing a property, you can optionally link one or more Associated Companies to it. This is useful when a property is managed or overseen by a separate entity: for example, a property manager or general contractor, in addition to the primary company that owns the property. By linking these secondary companies, your team can quickly see all the key stakeholders tied to a property without having to dig through notes or separate records.

Adding a Contact

Step 1: Create a Contact within a Company or Property or directly on the Contacts table

Step 2: Associate Contact with Property by clicking the "Contacts" tab within the desired Property and selecting Link Contact to Property

Note: Only contacts that are associated with the Company will appear in this list.

πŸ’‘ Helpful Tip: Create a Company β†’ Property β†’ Contact

As a best practice, always create a Company entry before you add a Property. Creating this hierarchy will ensure your customer database is clean and in good order.
