How to Link QuickBooks Online Customers to Terial Companies
👉 Before You Begin: QBO Integration - Connecting to Terial You must connect your QBO account before linking customers to Terial Companies.
Step 1: Navigate to the Companies Tab in the Customers Module. Click into a Company record and select edit to change an existing ‘Quickbooks Customer ID’ number or add a new one.
Step 2: Select from the dropdown menu to match the ‘Customer ID’ from your QuickBooks list or start typing to add a new ID.
This list pulls directly from QuickBooks Online and displays customer names exactly as they appear in your QBO account.
Step 3: Click Save. Once selected and saved, the customer is now linked. This connection is necessary for syncing invoice data between Terial and QuickBooks.
Only companies that are linked to a QBO customer will be eligible for invoice sync.
