Using Status Updates to Track Production Progress
Status Updates allow you to take notes on the progress of production jobs. These updates can be referenced during your regular check-ins or internal meetings to ensure alignment and accountability.
Step 1: Navigate to the Production Calendar and click "Status Update" to open a view of all ongoing projects where you can view or enter updates.
Step 2: Select the project you want to update and enter your notes by clicking into the project to type your update in the text field, then hit Save.
Step 3: Review a history of past updates as previous status updates will appear in descending order, giving you a timeline of progress.
Step 4: Use the search bar to locate past status updates for any project—no need to enter a new update to search.
Step 5: Use the full screen option to review detailed notes and updates across multiple projects more comfortably.
