Step-by-step tutorial for scheduling a Project with the Production Calendar
Step 1: After creating your project from either the Opportunity page or the Property tab, navigate to Production > Calendar. The newly created project will appear on the left-hand side.
Step 2: Right-click the project name to edit the project details and add a phase.
Step 3: Enter the phase details including Name, Start/End Dates, and Project Assignees.
Step 4: To add additional phases, right-click the phase either directly on the calendar or on the side bar.
Step 5: When you have multiple phases, set dependencies by dragging from the white dot of one phase to the next. To remove a dependency, right-click and select Delete Dependencies.
Step 6: Click "Save" to apply your changes.
